It’s hard to believe that we’re into December already

The world is still in the grips of Covid – we’re up to the Omicron Variant with no signs of slowing down but we could be running out of letters. It also looks like the snow will be here in the UP for the rest of the winter. As a business owner, I tend towards optimism and I must admit that I look forward to the shortest day of the year as it is the start of longer days and the summer.

It’s a still a long way off, but it will be here before we know it. If you’re looking to open an ice cream business next summer, you really should be working hard getting things in place and perhaps ordered before the end of the year. The supply chain issues aren’t helping and as 2021 proved, time flies so if a new business is on your wish list, give me a call and we’ll get started right now

That said, make sure to slow down and enjoy the holidays. The other thing 2021 proved is the importance of family and friends.
